Extra Commission Terms and Conditions

This document outline the terms and condition governing the extra 25% commission available to affiliates.
(100% Total Commission - 75% from clickBank & 25% From Us)

You, as the 'Affiliate' hereby acknowledges the following:

1) Payments
Payments are made directly to the PayPal account of your choice. No other form of payment is currently available either than PayPal.

2) Validity
This offer is valid for a period of 1 month and for NEW Affiliates only. The moment you sell your first product will start your 1 month period. After the 1 month period, you will get paid the standard 75% commission from ClickBank.

3) Commission Total
The extra commission is calculated directly from the Vendor’s ClickBank reports, and excludes ClickBank fees. You are given the exact same amount that ClickBank give us.

4) Payment Schedule
The extra commission is paid monthly, after ClickBank’s money back guarantee period have passed.

5) Eligibility
To be eligible to this special offer, you must sell a minimum of 10 copies of our product.

6) Business Continuity
This special offer is made available to affiliates as a way to help your initial promotion efforts and reward you accordingly. By doing so, we as the 'Vendors' loose a considerable amount of business, which is not related to the loss of commission derived from your sales alone. But the several other expenses that we still have to incur such as customer support staff costs, bank fees related to check cashing; bank transfers fees, currency exchange fees, as well as tax. Because of this, this special offer is only available if you agree to continue promoting our product after the special offer have expired for at least 1 additional month.

7) Termination
This Agreement may be terminated or amended without notice at any time for any reason.
